Test procedure for powder coated

After the temperature drops, the parts shall be inspected according to the regulations when packing. According to the product characteristics, the inspection requirements are as follows:

1. Conventional products or newly modified powder coated products must meet the requirements of the order swatch without obvious color difference

2. The powder coated color should meet the requirements of the order swatch and be basically consistent with it. The surface of the powder coated product has uniform color and no obvious color difference by visual inspection

3. The surface is not allowed to fall off, expose the bottom, sag, pinholes, orange peel, bumps, scrapes, deformation and rust, etc., and should be flat, without corners and corners, and should be maintained. Clean, no stains, oil stains, etc. that affect the appearance, and no leftover white marks are allowed
